Refund Policy

Last updated: October 28, 2026

We want you to pay only for something that works for you. Here's how refunds work for BlueCollar Fleet subscriptions bought on our website or in the web app. Questions: [email protected].

Try it free first

Every paid plan starts with a 14-day free trial. You're not charged if you cancel before the trial ends (Settings → Manage billing). We email you before the trial ends so it doesn't sneak up on you.

First payment: 7-day money-back guarantee

If you're charged for the first time after your trial and the app isn't right for you, email us within 7 days of that first charge and we'll refund it in full. No hoops. This applies once per business.

Monthly plans

After the first payment, monthly charges aren't refunded. When you cancel, you keep paid features until the end of the month you paid for, and you aren't charged again.

Yearly plans

If you cancel a yearly plan within 30 days of a yearly charge (including a renewal), we'll refund it in full. After 30 days, you keep access until the end of the year you paid for and won't be renewed. If you forgot to cancel a yearly renewal, email us within 30 days of the renewal date.

When we always refund

Discounts and promo codes

If you paid a discounted price (for example a Black Friday or founding-member code), refunds are for the amount you actually paid.

App Store and Google Play

If you subscribed through the Apple App Store or Google Play, the store handles billing, so refunds go through them: Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com, or Google Play from your order history. We can't issue those refunds ourselves.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the email on your account with "Refund" in the subject. We reply within 2 business days. Approved refunds go back to the original card through Stripe, and usually show up in 5–10 business days depending on your bank.

Your records

A refund or cancellation doesn't delete your data. You move to the free Load Check plan and can export your records any time. See the Privacy Policy for how to close your account.

Nothing in this policy limits any refund rights you have under the law.
